Most of us develop body fat because we eat more calories than we burn in exercise/during work. And too much fat deposited in our body is not only a wastage of food but it also increase our chance of obesity related diseases like diabetes, arthritis, heart diseases, and so on.

Converting any eatable (like grains, sugarcane, fruits, etc.) into alcohol based beverage is a foolish wastage of food. Now doctors say that taking one millilitre of alcohol damages our body.

Baking, Frying or Grilling any food make the food toxic and also converts part of food into carbon which is not utilized by body and is also harmful.
